Is this at night? It would be hard to do a 30 second exposure during the day...

This is the ocean by the coast.. The camera was on 30 sec delay so the waves washing in looks like clouds. The tripod stand was getting wet as some of the waves were washing in - should give u an idea of how close to the ocean it is
